refillnol was built around one small, practical problem: people who rely on a nol card for daily travel in Dubai do not always want to queue at a machine or hunt for a top-up point when the balance runs low. Our service lets a card holder do a nol card recharge online in a couple of minutes — enter the 10-digit tag ID, choose an amount and pay on a secure checkout.
We are an independent service and are not the transport authority. We do not issue cards and we are not affiliated with any government body. What we provide is a simple, focused way to load a balance online, plus support from a Dubai-based team when a question comes up.
We keep the process deliberately narrow. We ask only for the details needed to process a top-up: the tag ID, the amount and an email for the confirmation. Card details are handled on an encrypted checkout, never on our own pages, and we do not sell personal data.
