This policy explains how Refillnol Digital Services handles personal data when you use our nol card top-up service. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to process a top-up.
What we collect
- The nol tag ID and the top-up amount you enter.
- The email address you provide for the confirmation.
- Basic technical data such as your language choice and information your browser sends, used to run the site.
Card data
Card details are entered on an encrypted third-party checkout, not on our pages. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Why we use it
We use the data only to process the top-up, send you a confirmation, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with the payment processor to complete a transaction and, where required, with authorities under applicable law.
Retention
We keep records of a top-up for as long as needed to support the order and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email care@refillnol.org to make a request.
