Terms of use

These terms govern your use of refillnol (the "service"), operated by Refillnol Digital Services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

refillnol is an independent way to load balance onto a nol transit card online. We take your tag ID and chosen amount and pass the payment to a secure checkout so the balance can be applied. We are not the transport authority and are not affiliated with any government body.

Your responsibilities

• Enter the correct 10-digit nol tag ID. A balance loaded to an ID you typed is applied to that ID.
• Provide a valid email so the confirmation can reach you.
• Only use payment methods that belong to you or that you have permission to use.

Payments

Payments are processed on an encrypted third-party checkout. The amount you confirm is the amount charged. Any applicable service fee is shown before you confirm. Refunds are handled under the refund policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control, and continuous access is not warranted.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from an incorrect tag ID entered by the user, delays caused by third parties, or events outside our reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always shown here with its update date.
